LIVING ACCENTS PRIVATE LABEL REDESIGN

CHALLENGE: Update the outdated look of Ace’s outdoor living Private Label brand and convert to bilingual packaging.

SOLUTION/CONTRIBUTION: Project Art Director/Design/Production. Redesigned logo for a more contemporary feel, modernized typefaces and text treatments, introduced fresh color palette and new pattern. Developed text style to accommodate Spanish. Added silhouette style as an alternative choice to lifestyle imagery for product photography. Reorganized hangtags by moving important information, such as product features, to the outside for easy visibility by consumer. Moved product warranty to the inside to accommodate additional Spanish. Elevated product shipping boxes by instituting a full-color, wrap-around label for an attractive upscale appearance. Devised new brand standards and produced expanded style guide to reflect new look and feel.
