OFFICEMAX Trilingual Packaging Program

CHALLENGE: Develop new trilingual packaging for over 300+ of the top-selling shared SKUs for OfficeMax and Grand & Toy. Packaging has to comply with Canadian requirements. Must live harmoniously on shelf with existing packaging across all product categories in store.

SOLUTION: New trilingual package design allowed United States and Canada to share inventory resulting in a multi-million dollar cost-savings.

CONTRIBUTION: Concepted and co-designed new trilingual packaging with external agency. Developed design to work across a variety of packaging structures. Created artwork for all lead SKUs and managed design phases with Canadian partners. Ensured consistency and met deadlines. Art directed and approved vendor dielines. Devised brand standards for new packaging style guide.
